Triple Occupancy Policy
- All categories of accommodation, viz. Rooms and Suites can accommodate a maximum of only 3 adults with 1 extra mattress except for the Deluxe and super deluxe family suite room which can accommodate 5 adults, with 1 extra mattress.

Child Policy
- Use of the spa facilities like Sauna, Steam and the spa therapies are available only to guests who are of the age of 18 years and above. Young guests between the age of 12 and 18 years can take part in various scheduled activities such as yoga, meditation, treks and use of the swimming pool
Non-Resident Guests
- Non-residents are not allowed to use the facilities at Hotel New Ambika International Manali near Mall Road Manali.
